ImmiCA Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026

Independent software

ImmiCA is an independent self-service document-preparation tool offered by Let’s Moyu. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Government of Canada.

ImmiCA does not provide immigration or legal advice, determine eligibility, represent applicants, access IRCC accounts, or submit applications. It does not guarantee that an application will be complete, eligible, accepted, or approved.

Preparation, coverage, and generated documents

ImmiCA provides guided intake, document organization, review tools, prepared PDF references, and ZIP package generation for workflows qualified for the particular release. Application types or branches visible in internal configuration are not necessarily supported. Coverage may vary by workflow and may change as the app is updated.

Prepared PDFs and packages are organizational aids. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances and are not a completed official application or a submission to the Government of Canada. ImmiCA does not access IRCC systems or transmit applications to IRCC.

You are responsible for checking current official instructions and forms, entering accurate information, reviewing and validating every answer and document, signing where required, paying applicable fees, and submitting through the appropriate official channel. Do not rely on ImmiCA as a substitute for qualified legal advice.

Optional recognition and remote processing

Some optional document-recognition and information-organization features send selected images or text to remote services for processing. AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect and require your review. See the Privacy Policy for what can be transmitted and how third-party services handle it.

In-app purchases and package limits

The current iOS app uses Apple StoreKit for a consumable Case Package Credit. One credit unlocks one eligible case. The current purchase flow allows up to five successful package generations and up to three material revision sessions for that case; the applicable price and limits are shown in the app before purchase. A credit does not purchase legal advice, government services, an eligibility assessment, or an approval.

Apple processes payment and controls billing and refund requests under its applicable purchase policies and terms. These terms do not create a refund entitlement or override Apple’s policies. The current iOS release does not use Google Play billing; any future Android distribution would be subject to the applicable store terms presented for that version.

Official government fees are separate from any ImmiCA purchase and are paid through official government channels.

Local case data, deletion, and exports

Case data and package files are stored primarily on your device. ImmiCA does not provide an account-based cloud backup, case migration, or guaranteed case recovery. Deleting a case or removing and reinstalling the app may permanently remove local case information and consumable entitlements. Export packages you need to keep before deleting local data.

You are responsible for the security, accuracy, retention, and permitted use of files you export or share from the app. Copies saved to another app, storage provider, or device are governed by that destination’s terms and privacy practices.

Availability and changes

Features, supported workflows, and third-party services may change as the app is updated. The app and generated materials are provided for self-service organization and may be unavailable or produce errors. You should keep independent copies of important information and use official sources for current application requirements.

Platform terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store and software terms, including Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple’s refund support page explains how to request a refund. Where an Android version is later offered, the applicable Google Play terms will also apply.
